Our client is a growth-focused, owner-led soft-services facilities management business is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead its next phase.

The Role
Reporting to the Executive MD with full P&L responsibility, you will:
- Drive proactive, relationship-led growth; originating and converting new business, not simply delivering organic growth.
- Build commercial momentum and bid discipline, raising win-rate and quality.
- Lead and motivate the team, championing a positive, high-performance culture.
- The focus is on bringing quality contracts into the business and building reputation.
- Champion the business externally and position it for long-term scale, including a future acquisition.
