Senior Executive Assistant
12–13 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Central London | £55,000–£60,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working
Training Period: Three days per week in the office, reducing to two days thereafter.
We are partnering with a highly regarded global consulting firm to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to support senior Partners with regional and global responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys operating as a true business partner, managing complex schedules, building trusted relationships and becoming an integral part of a high-performing team.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll provide seamless support whilst playing an active role in business development activities, client relationship management and wider practice initiatives.
The Role
- Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to senior Partners with regional and global responsibilities
- Managing highly complex diaries across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively identifying solutions
- Coordinating extensive international travel, visas and detailed itineraries
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, managing competing priorities and exercising sound judgement on behalf of senior stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across the business
- Supporting business development activity, maintaining CRM records and producing reports using Salesforce
- Preparing presentations, correspondence and high-quality documentation to tight deadlines
- Coordinating client meetings, practice meetings, events, dinners and off-sites
- Processing expenses and providing wider administrative support
- Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to deliver exceptional support across the business
About You
- Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders within executive search, professional services, consulting, legal, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Extensive experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel and changing priorities
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs, think ahead and exercise sound judgement
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and clients
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, would be advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- A collaborative, professional and solutions-focused approach
