Office Manager | London | Hybrid Working

We’re partnering with a super social and successful global Exec Search Firm to find a dynamic, proactive, and highly organised Office Manager to join their team in their brand-new London office.

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to truly make it your own while becoming the heart of a vibrant, social, and collaborative culture. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and helping create an exceptional workplace environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the new London office

• Supporting senior stakeholders with administration, scheduling, and coordination

• Organising client meetings, team events, and social activities

• Managing office suppliers, procurement, and facilities

• Welcoming clients and candidates, ensuring a first-class experience

• Maintaining office presentation, meeting rooms, and supplies

• Providing first-line IT support and liaising with external providers

• Identifying and implementing process improvements across the business
