Job Title: HR Business Partner – Private Care Sector
Location: London
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
My client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing, people-first organisation. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll partner with leaders, influence decision-making, drive employee engagement, and help shape a high-performance culture. What You’ll Do
- Partner with managers to deliver expert HR advice and support
- Lead on employee relations, performance management, and complex casework
- Drive recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture programmes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
- Manage HR audits, reporting, policies, and people processes
- Support payroll, onboarding, and performance review cycles
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and employee experience
- Work closely with senior leaders to support business growth and change
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR role
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Experience within healthcare, hospitality, care, or other service-led sectors is advantageous
