An opportunity to join a leading global transformation consultancy as a Senior Consultant within their Project Management practice. You’ll work with major clients to deliver complex transformation and change programmes, leading end-to-end project delivery while helping organisations turn strategy into tangible business outcomes.
This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who enjoys operating at both a strategic and delivery level.
Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of complex transformation and change programmes for major clients.
• Own project delivery, stakeholder management and executive client relationships.
• Influence strategic decision-making and provide trusted advisory support.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Contribute to practice capability, thought leadership and internal initiatives.
• Manage teams and drive successful project outcomes.
Experience Required
• 4+ years’ experience within Management Consulting
• Strong Project and Programme Management experience within change or transformation
• Proven experience delivering complex consulting engagements.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting account growth and new business opportunities.
• Experience mentoring teams and delivering outcomes across multiple workstreams.
The Senior Consultant Package:
• £60,000-£70,000 base
• Bonus
