The

RoleThe successful candidate will be the single person responsible for data migration across all acquisitions – from kick-off through to go-live. They will work to a circa 60-day migration standard, driving to that timeline and compressing it where poss

ible.This is not a pure coordination role. Around 80% of a migration can be automated; the remaining 20% is hands-on data work – and this person will be doing it. Profiling messy source data, making field-mapping calls, chasing down shadow systems, validating records line by

line.The role sits at the centre of a three-way relationship: acquired businesses, an external migration platform partner, and internal product, finance and operations

teams.
