Associate

Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an Investment Associate to join its London-based investment team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on prospective investments.
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and supporting analyses.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Additional languages are a plus.
