Personal Assistant to C-Suite Executives

Leading Global Insurance Organisation | City of London | Hybrid

13–14 Month Maternity Cover | August Start | £58,000–£62,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a leading global insurance organisation, providing dedicated support to two C-suite Executives on a 13–14-month maternity cover.

This role is ideal for a polished, proactive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives within insurance, reinsurance or the wider financial services sector. You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities while acting as a trusted right-hand to two busy C-suite leaders.

The Role

Supporting two C-suite Executives, you will ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day activities, providing first-class business and administrative support in a fast-moving corporate environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating senior stakeholder meetings, ensuring agendas and logistics are managed seamlessly
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate events, including Charity Days, Executive away days, and Board dinners
  • Domestic and international travel management
  • Expense management
  • Maintaining documentation via SharePoint and internal systems
  • Providing ad hoc support to the wider Executive team when required

You will have:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience supporting two or more C-suite Executives
  • Previous experience within insurance or reinsurance (preferred), or a broader financial services environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • An initiative-taking, calm and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Workday and Microsoft Copilot
