About the Role
We is working with a well-regarded primary school in Ealing to recruit a reliable and committed SEN Teaching Assistant.
You will be supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning and stay engaged in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- Support pupils’ academic progress and social development
- Help maintain a structured and positive learning environment
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people
- Calm, patient, and consistent approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of SEN is beneficial but not essential
