A high-profile private household in Central London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Household Manager to oversee the smooth running of a fully staffed residence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, polished, and discreet professional with a strong background in private household management.
This role would suit a Household Manager/Private PA with experience of HNW support, vendor management, event coordination, and household administration. If you pride yourself on delivering the highest standards of service, organisation and confidentiality, then this is an opportunity not to miss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the household
- Manage and support a team of housekeepers, nannies, chefs, household staff
- Liaise with contractors, service providers, and suppliers
- Manage household accounts, including payment of bills and budgeting
- Act as a trusted point of contact and PA to the Principal (and wider family), handling diary management, frequent international travel arrangements, and ad hoc projects
- Ensure the household operates to the highest standards at all times
- Provide occasional out-of-hours support as needed
- Property portfolio management
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar private household management role is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Must live within easy commuting distance of Central London
- Confident using technology and managing household systems
- Able to work 5 days onsite
- Must live in Central London
