RECSEEKERS are working with an established Life Sciences recruitment business with a London office and multiple locations across the USA.
The business recruits across Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Clinical Research and Healthcare Technology, partnering with clients across the UK, Europe and North America.
They are now looking to hire experienced recruiters who want a bigger platform, stronger client base and the opportunity to build an international career.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- This is a strong option for someone already billing well but looking for more scope, better markets and genuine progression.
- You’ll have the opportunity to build and grow a specialist Life Sciences desk, working with clients across the UK and US markets.
- The business already has strong infrastructure, established relationships and a proven track record across the sector, so you are not starting from scratch.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing and growing a specialist Life Sciences recruitment desk
- Building relationships with clients across the UK, Europe and USA
- Recruiting across Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Clinical Research and Healthcare Technology
- Winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Managing permanent, contract and executive recruitment processes
- Building a strong candidate and client network within your market
- Working closely with leadership to grow your desk properly
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven billing background within agency recruitment
- Experience within Life Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Medical, Healthcare or another specialist market
- Strong business development and relationship-building ability
- Someone capable of managing a desk independently
- Commercially mature, driven and motivated by long-term success
- A recruiter who wants progression, bigger fees and access to international markets
