Associate

Role:

Restructuring Senior Associate/Associate (4-6 pqe) required to join the prestigious restructuring practice of an elite US law firm, that advises borrowers, private equity sponsors, directors, shareholders, financial institutions, credit funds and bondholders, as well as pension trustees, liquidators, receivers and administrators.

4 days in the office, 1 WFH

Requirements:

• 4-6pqe in restructuring at a City firm;
• strong drafting, negotiating and technical skills;
• UK qualified and with a current SRA practising certificate;
• strong interest and motivation to expand experience within the field of restructuring;
• strong experience in working on matters advising clients across the stakeholder spectrum on complex cross-border stressed and distressed situations.
