Fund Formation Associate

We’re instructed on several Fund Formation opportunities with leading international law firms in London.

You’ll advise leading fund sponsors on the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds across a range of asset classes, working on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters alongside highly regarded partners.

Requirements

• 1–5 PQE or 6–9 PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
• Experience advising on the formation of private investment funds, including private equity, credit, infrastructure or real estate funds.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• A commercial approach with excellent client management and communication skills.
• England & Wales qualified (or equivalent qualification with relevant funds experience).
