Legal Transformation Consultant – Target Operating Model (TOM)
Higher Education | £600 per day | Outside IR35 | London (3 days onsite) | 12-month contract
JSS is currently partnered with a Higher Education client undergoing a significant organisational transformation programme. As part of this, they are designing and implementing a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across the institution. We are seeking an experienced consultant to support the Legal function, bringing credible experience working closely with legal stakeholders and driving transformation within legal departments.
This role will focus on designing and leading legal processes within a new TOM, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement across legal teams.
The programme has now completed the “as-is” phase and is moving into the “to-be” design stage. They are looking for proactive individuals who can take ownership, contribute to detailed execution, and drive process-led transformation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working alongside legal departments to deliver organisational change
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing end-to-end Target Operating Models
- Strong stakeholder engagement across legal functions
- Ability to commit to on-site working requirements in London
