Senior Paraplanner

My client, an independent IFA firm in London, is seeking a career-driven technical paraplanner who desires more than just a back-office position. This opportunity is for someone looking for influence, visibility, and a genuine path to becoming an adviser.
In this role, you will:
– Work closely with a senior adviser, shaping client strategies and playing a key role in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
– Sit in client meetings and support client relationships.
– Produce bespoke, high-quality technical suitability reports.
– Conduct deep research and build recommendations.
– Contribute to portfolio construction.
– Run meaningful cashflow modelling.
– Progress toward an adviser role with full support.
We are looking for candidates with:
– 4–5+ years’ experience as a technical paraplanner.
– Chartered status or actively working towards it.
– Ambition, proactivity, and readiness for the next step.
