Are you sport obsessed?

Not just someone who follows trends, but someone who lives and breathes movement, energy, and performance. Whether it’s yoga at sunrise, road cycling through the city, rock climbing at the weekend, or hitting the gym—you take inspiration from sport in all its forms and translate that energy into design.

We’re looking for a talented Boys Sportswear Designer to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative designer who wants real responsibility, progression, and the chance to develop commercial, trend-driven ranges in a fast-paced, supportive studio environment.

You’ll report into a Design Manager and play a key role in building forward-thinking boys sportswear collections, with opportunities to also support menswear and boys outerwear as the role develops.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with experience in menswear, ideally with exposure to boys sportswear or a strong interest in the category. You’ll need confident CAD skills across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, along with a solid understanding of Excel. Experience with AI tools would be a bonus.

Just as important is your ability to communicate clearly, present ideas confidently, and develop commercial yet forward-thinking ranges within longer lead times. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaboration, and bring a proactive, positive attitude to everything you do.

Why This Role?

This is a chance to join a creative Central London studio where ideas are valued and energy matters. The role offers hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day from home), genuine opportunities for growth and progression, and exposure to leading high street accounts. International shopping trips and travel. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team that values creativity, pace, and a genuine love of product.
