Architect

We are working with a design-led architecture studio seeking a talented Residential Architect to join their growing London team. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-quality residential projects, ranging from bespoke private homes to larger multi-unit developments.

The Role

You will join as a project-running Architect with significant involvement in delivery and site coordination. This is a hands-on role where you will bridge design intent and construction, working closely with contractors and consultants through later stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead packages and coordinate information across RIBA Stages 4 to 6
• Attend site regularly, managing contractor queries and reviewing progress
• Produce and review technical drawings and construction information
• Coordinate consultants and ensure information is aligned and buildable
• Monitor quality on site and support project delivery through to completion

Requirements

• You are an ARB-registered Architect with RIBA Chartered Membership, or equivalent
• You have solid experience on UK residential projects at delivery stage
• You are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• You have experience working in RIBA stages 0-6
• You are confident on site, communicating with subcontractors and resolving issues
