Customer Success Manager

Kent / London (Hybrid – 2 Days in Office)

Up to £45,000 + Annual Bonus

Full-time | Customer Success & Account Management

This is an opportunity to join a growing B2B media and events business and take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts.

We’re looking for someone who understands that customer success isn’t just about maintaining relationships – it’s about delivering value, driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and becoming a trusted partner to clients.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer success, account management, or client services who enjoys building long-term relationships and working closely with clients to achieve their objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of high-value client accounts

• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Conducting regular client reviews and strategic planning sessions

• Monitoring account health, performance, and customer satisfaction

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

• Identifying opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling

• Acting as the primary escalation point for client issues

• Providing performance insights, recommendations, and reporting

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and account plans

About you:

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

• Experience within B2B media, marketing services, publishing, or events is advantageous

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing environment
