Office Manager – PR Consultancy – hybrid

£35k-£40k plus bonus and benefits. City

We are working with a highly regarded and successful PR Consultancy with a super friendly and supportive culture, who are looking for an Office Manager to join their close-knit team. Working closely with, and under the guidance of an Executive Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the office with a broad range of duties including operations, marketing, event, and meeting management. This is a superb learning opportunity for someone keen to further their office-based career, ideal for someone with Front of House experience keen to take that next step. Open on previous industry experience, this is a role for someone who is keen and quick to learn, ambitious, driven, and willing to grow within the role and business. Duties include:

  • Office management – procurement, meeting room management, supplier liaison, building management liaison, welcoming visitors
  • Database / CRM – maintaining internal / external CRMs, report production
  • Events – organisation of internal/external events, including planning, budget management, agendas, member of social committee
  • Marketing – assisting with website content, LinkedIn page, creation of event invite/documentation, subscriptions
  • Meeting management – arranging biweekly SLT and weekly whole team meetings, drafting meeting agendas, attending, follow up of actions
  • Other – updating office policies/handbooks, ad hoc projects

Candidate profile:

  • Confident communicator, able to manage expectations and push back when needed
  • Emotionally robust, able to liaise confidently with high profile clients and suppliers
  • Ambassadorial, warm, and welcoming to all guests/visitors
  • Willing, will seek out work and want to learn/add value
  • Minimum 1yr office based administrative experience
  • IT literate, quick to learn

Salary & benefits:

  • £35k-£40k
