The Role
You will join a well-established Corporate team advising on a broad spectrum of transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and investments. The role provides exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and the opportunity to work closely with leading lawyers in a supportive and collegiate setting.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ PQE gained at a top tier or well-regarded City/leading firm
- Strong technical ability across corporate transactional matters
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Previous experience handling private company or private wealth-related transactions is advantageous
