Senior Project Manager (MRICS)

About the opportunity

Our client is an independent real estate and construction consultancy advising investors, owners and occupiers across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (MRICS) to deliver refurbishment, value-add and new build schemes across commercial office, residential, retail and industrial assets, typically ranging from £2m to £50m+.

• Lead project management services from feasibility through to completion.
• Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent where required.
• Manage JCT contract matters including extensions of time, loss and expense claims.
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.

About you

• MRICS or MAPM qualified, ideally with a Building Surveying, architecture or engineering background.
• Strong project delivery experience and confidence working autonomously.
• Commercially focused, client-facing and able to lead project teams.
• Good understanding of JCT contracts, market trends and relevant legislation including the Building Safety Act.
