Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading global hedge fund to appoint a Benefits Manager responsible for overseeing and enhancing the firm’s benefits offering across EMEA and APAC.

This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to take full ownership of regional benefits strategy, programme management and vendor relationships, while partnering closely with global stakeholders to deliver a market-leading employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design, administration and ongoing development of benefits programmes across EMEA and APAC.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and brokers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, governance requirements and reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to assess programme effectiveness and maintain a competitive benefits offering.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance benefits strategy and employee experience.
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for benefits, partnering with HR and business leaders to provide guidance and insights.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment between regional and global benefits initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a regional or global Benefits role, ideally within Financial Services or a similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Strong vendor management and benefits programme administration experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple regions.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
