Overview
We are hiring a CRM Executive to join our collaborative Digitas team, working on one of our most exciting global automotive clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how brands connect with their audiences through multi-channel CRM campaigns that are purposeful and impactful. You’ll be at the centre of delivery – bringing campaigns to life with precision, curiosity, and care. What you’ll be doing:
- Own the briefing and delivery of CRM campaigns across a portfolio of brands, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trust through clear and consistent communication.
- Manage workflows and campaign delivery through project management tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare weekly status updates and lead progress meetings, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the UK, Italy, and India to deliver integrated, multi-channel responses.
- Support quality assurance processes, ensuring all CRM outputs meet agreed standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance campaign performance, and keep pace with industry developments.

- Experience managing multiple projects and prioritising effectively to meet evolving client needs.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Interest in CRM and digital marketing, with an eagerness to continue learning and developing.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across campaign delivery.
