Technical Architect/Architectural Technologist (Outside IR35) – London – 9 month initial contract
An AJ100 architectural practice in London is looking for an experienced Technical Architect/Architectural Technologist to join their growing residential team on an initial contract basis of 9 months (this could extend or turn into a permanent opportunity).
The practice works on a diverse portfolio of typologies. Due to growing demand in their high rise residential team, they are looking for an experience individual to join and assist with cladding remediation works primarily at the delivery stages.
Start: ASAP
Location: London
Salary/Rate: DOE
Duration: 9 months
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Revit, ideally used for 4+ years.
- Strong technical bias (experience working on stages 3-5).
- Experience working on cladding remediation/fire strategy schemes.
- Strong experience on UK building regulations.
The role would be 2 days p/w in office with the potential opportunity to be remote.
