Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: £50,000 – £90,000 + package

A growing and highly regarded project management consultancy is looking to appoint Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join its London team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects across a range of sectors, including major data centre developments, commercial schemes, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Projects typically range from £15m–£80m, with exposure to major data centre programmes valued at over £500m.

The role

You will play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, acting as the interface between clients, consultants, and contractors while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver projects across the full lifecycle
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
  • Prepare and manage project programmes and reporting
  • Support procurement and contract administration activities
  • Monitor project risks, programme, and commercial performance
  • Attend client meetings and site visits

Requirements

  • Experience within a construction consultancy or client-side project management environment
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management
  • skills
  • Experience delivering projects within the built environment
  • Data centre experience preferred but not essential
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
  • Chartered status beneficial but not essential
