An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Equity associate to join a growing London team.

You’ll work on a broad range of high-value private equity transactions, advising on acquisitions, disposals, investments and portfolio company matters alongside experienced partners on complex domestic and cross-border deals.

Requirements

• 3–7 years’ PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
• Strong experience advising on private equity transactions
• A commercial mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• England & Wales qualified (or equivalent qualification with relevant UK transactional experience).
