Corporate Lawyer – Flexible Interim Support

Unique opportunity to join a busy, growing consultancy supporting leading Private Equity firms on a flexible, ongoing contract basis. Remote working, flexible hours.

This position would best suit a Corporate Associate/Lawyer with experience in Private Equity looking for a truly flexible working arrangement. 2-4 days/week.

As part of a small, busy team you will provide support in drafting and managing engagement letters in the context of PE transactions, and other parts of the deal process, liaising directly with top tier PE clients and counterparts covering a global remit.
