We’re partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join a well-established in-house legal team.
This role offers the opportunity to support a sophisticated international business, advising senior stakeholders on a broad range of people-related legal and risk matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Working closely with HR and business leaders, you’ll be a key adviser on complex workforce issues, strategic organisational change and employment risk, while collaborating with colleagues across an international network.
The position would suit someone who enjoys combining technical legal expertise with commercial problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile matters, influence decision-making and operate within a business where legal is viewed as a valued partner.
We’re interested in speaking with lawyers who have:
- Strong employment law experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Sound commercial judgement
- Experience working within a complex corporate environment
- The ability to balance multiple priorities and manage sensitive issues
In-house experience would be welcomed but is not essential.
