About Us

This company helps insurers outsource claims end to end – a service called Third-Party Administration (TPA), a $200B industry. They combine a strong in-house claims team with their AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers.

Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, they have raised $15M+ and already manage claims for over $100M in insurance premium across 30+ MGAs, including more than five publicly traded companies. Their goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.

The Role

You will build the core systems behind fast, reliable AI-powered insurance claims processing. You’ll work closely with internal and external users to understand how claim handling can be improved, and ship software that turns those insights into real product.

  • Work directly with claim handlers, clients, and the founding team to identify and solve real workflow problems
  • Help build the engineering team and shape the technical culture from the ground up
