Employment Associate | 2–6 PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Associate (2–6 PQE) to join a highly regarded employment team at a leading law firm.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a diverse client base that includes employers, senior executives, and corporate clients across a variety of sectors.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on matters including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Disciplinary and grievance processes
- Redundancy and restructuring projects
- TUPE matters
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Executive appointments and terminations
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
- Day-to-day employment advisory work
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, build strong client relationships, and play an active role in business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Strong academic background and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
