THE ROLE

A hands-on PSL position supporting a busy Corporate team across M&A, Private Equity, and broader corporate advisory work. The focus is on knowledge management, precedent development, legal technology, and training — with real scope to shape how the team works and grows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and develop the knowledge strategy for the Corporate practice
• Build and maintain precedents, playbooks, and training materials
• Track legal and market developments and keep the team informed
• Work with the firm’s innovation function to automate and improve workflows
• Support business development through know-how, thought leadership, and pitches
• Design and deliver associate training on practice updates and key topics

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with solid corporate transactional experience
• Genuine interest in legal technology, knowledge management, and innovation
• Comfortable working independently and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Strong drafter with excellent communication skills
• PSL experience helpful but not required — strong fee-earners welcome
