Corporate Receptionist | Central London | 12-month contract

Tay Associates have partnered with a prestigious financial services company in central London to recruit an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team to work along side another receptionist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, proactive, and highly organised individual who thrives in a professional, high-end environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy office.

As the face of the business, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for employees, executives, board members, and visitors alike.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing front desk operations and visitor experience

• Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting executive and board meetings

• Preparing and resetting conference rooms

• Managing Zoom meetings and troubleshooting where required

• Coordinating catering for meetings and events

• Maintaining office presentation, supplies, and pantry areas

• Handling post, courier bookings, and office shipments

• Liaising with facilities and external vendors

• Supporting office culture initiatives and company events

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years reception experience within a corporate enviroment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• A proactive, hands-on, “no task too small” approach

• A professional and polished attitude

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external guests

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook
