g.What you’ll be doin

• g:Manage onboarding and offboarding for international employee
• s.Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR querie
• s.Support employee relations, performance, investigations, complaints, and disciplinary matter
• s.Maintain compliant HR policies, processes, documentation, and records across region
• s.Coordinate mobility, immigration, payroll inputs, and employee data update
• s.Support engagement, wellbeing, early careers, and HR process improvement initiative

s.What we’re looking fo

• r:HR, People Operations, or generalist experience, ideally across multiple countries or region
• s.Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycl
• e.Excellent communication, judgement, discretion, and attention to detai
• l.Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities across time zone
• s.Confident using HRIS, payroll, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tool
