YT Technologies are currently partnering with Domin, a high-growth technology business that is fundamentally redefining motion control. They are combining additive manufacturing, fluid mechanics, and high-speed electric machinery to build the next generation of advanced hydraulic systems.

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Electrical Engineer to take ownership of the electrical architecture behind Domins test rigs and engineering infrastructure.

You will play a central role in enabling the development, validation and manufacture of next-generation hydraulic technology. Your work will directly support the equipment that allows our engineering teams to test confidently and scale effectively.

This is a hands-on engineering role in a fast-moving product development environment where speed, flexibility and technical judgement matter.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities;

  • Own the electrical architecture, standards and engineering quality across Domins test rigs and development infrastructure.
  • Define, design, review and approve electrical systems for rigs and development equipment, including schematics, panel layouts, interfaces, and guide the installation, commissioning and debugging process.
  • Deliver electrical systems that are safe, maintainable, scalable and suitable for CE marking, while maintaining appropriate development speed and flexibility.
  • Work closely with mechanical, controls, software, manufacturing and product engineering teams to develop high-quality systems.
  • Support upgrading, debugging

Essential Requirements;

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 6 years experience designing electrical systems or equipment within an engineering or industrial environment
  • Strong experience producing high-quality electrical schematics, documentation and manufacturing information for low-voltage industrial systems and equipment (230/400 V AC).
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical safety principles and machinery-related electrical standards.
  • Experience designing electrical systems that balance engineering robustness with practical usability and development speed
  • Strong technical judgement and ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions under uncertainty.
  • Ability to independently own technical problems and deliver solutions from concept through implementation within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • High levels of accountability, ownership and attention to detail.
