Responsibilities of the Customer Care Operative include:
- Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance work across residential properties
- Undertaking general carpentry and plumbing repairs
- Completing interior and exterior painting and decorating
- Carrying out wall and floor tiling repairs
- Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager
- Working independently to manage workloads efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and materials used
- Delivering excellent customer service while remaining professional at all times
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
To be successful in this Customer Care Operative role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of general property maintenance and repairs
- Experience with carpentry, painting and plumbing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
