ItisessentialthatyouhaveIOSHMANAGINGSAFELYand CLEANDBSANDTRACEABLEWORKHISTORY.
Youwillbeanexperiencedmanufacturingshiftmanagerwhoisaproactiveleader. Youwillbedevelopingateamof15colleaguesontheirbusyeveningshift.
Myclientislookingforaconfident,people-focusedleader withstrongoperationalcapabilityandacontinuousimprovementmindset.
ReportingtotheOperationsManager,youwillberesponsiblefordrivingperformance; maintaininghighsafetyandqualitystandards; supportingcontinuousimprovement; andleadingtheteamthroughoperationalandculturalchange.
Ideallyyouwillhaveexperienceofworkingwithinapack-assemblymanufacturingenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead,motivate,anddevelopateamof15productioncolleagues
- Overseeallshiftmanufacturingoperationsincludingchemicalblending,filling,assembly, andpacking
- Drivecompliancewithhealth&safetystandardsandensuresafeworkingpractices
- ApplyLeanandContinuousImprovementtoolstostreamlineworkflowsandboostefficiency
- Manageandsupportchangeinitiatives,ensuringclearcommunicationandteamengagement
- Conductandoverseeriskassessments,ensuringhazardsareidentifiedandmitigated
- Produceclear,accurate,andprofessionalreportsforoperationalleadership
- MonitorKPIs,resolveperformanceissues,andsupportroot-causeanalysis
- Ensuresmoothcross-shiftcommunicationandseamlesshandovers
- Maintainaccuratedocumentation,auditcompliance,andshiftrecords
