This is a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Manager with a passion for complex or live-in care, or a Clinical Lead looking to step up. With a competitive salary of £55,000, this role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of those in need.

As a Branch Manager, you will: – Oversee the daily operations of the complex care home care service. – Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. – Lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals. – Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs. – Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. – Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively. – Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
