Your Role
As Programme Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver programme objectives, ensuring strong performance across delivery, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
You will act as the primary customer interface for programme delivery, playing a key role in driving performance, managing risk, and optimising financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities Include:
* Leading cross-functional teams to achieve programme objectives, ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery* Acting as the primary customer interface for hardware delivery and programme performance* Managing programme financials including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost optimisation initiatives* Overseeing planning, resource allocation and delivery milestones across the programme* Driving continuous improvement activities using established methodologies (Gemba, CI tools) * Supporting internal and customer programme reviews and reporting* Managing change activities, bids, RFQs and business cases* Maintaining programme governance, ensuring alignment with business management systems* Preparing and delivering communications to senior leadership and stakeholders
This role will also support bid activities and ensure continuity of programme delivery across customer requirements.
What You’ll Bring
*Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field *Extensive Programme Management experience in aerospace manufacturing *Experience working with OEM and Tier 1 aerospace customers *Strong understanding of composite manufacturing and programme lifecycles *Experience in risk, change, and contract management (including APQP) *Proven ability to manage programme financials (P&L) *Track record of improving performance and delivering customer satisfaction
