Account Director / Account Lead – Field Marketing

Location: Buckinghamshire (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £75,000 + bonus + car allowance + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and developing senior client relationships, becoming the go‑to commercial lead
  • Leading field marketing programmes end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery against KPIs, ROI and commercial targets
  • Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities to grow the account
  • Leading, coaching and developing high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Driving operational excellence across campaigns, from planning through to execution and evaluation
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance with a strong commercial mindset
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with wider agency teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions
  • Supporting and contributing to new business pitches, proposals and strategic growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Account Director / Senior Account Management within field marketing or experiential
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and hitting targets
  • Experience managing large field teams and complex campaign delivery
  • A confident, credible communicator who can influence at senior stakeholder level
  • A natural leader who can motivate, develop and retain top talent
  • Highly organised with strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Ideally, experience within FMCG or grocery sectors
