Account Director / Account Lead – Field Marketing
Location: Buckinghamshire (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + bonus + car allowance + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and developing senior client relationships, becoming the go‑to commercial lead
- Leading field marketing programmes end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery against KPIs, ROI and commercial targets
- Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities to grow the account
- Leading, coaching and developing high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional results
- Driving operational excellence across campaigns, from planning through to execution and evaluation
- Managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance with a strong commercial mindset
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with wider agency teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions
- Supporting and contributing to new business pitches, proposals and strategic growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Account Director / Senior Account Management within field marketing or experiential
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and hitting targets
- Experience managing large field teams and complex campaign delivery
- A confident, credible communicator who can influence at senior stakeholder level
- A natural leader who can motivate, develop and retain top talent
- Highly organised with strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Ideally, experience within FMCG or grocery sectors
