CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR – NEWCASTLE – 1-7 PQE
An established and highly regarded construction, engineering and projects team is seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE to join its growing practice in Newcastle.
The team advises a diverse client base across the North East, the wider UK and internationally, acting for investors, funders, developers, contractors, consultants and subcontractors on a broad range of complex and high-profile matters.
The successful candidate will have strong non-contentious construction experience and a genuine interest in business development and career progression. Experience advising on industry-standard construction documentation, including NEC and JCT contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties, is essential.
While the role is primarily focused on non-contentious work, candidates with a combination of contentious and non-contentious construction experience are also encouraged to apply.
