Senior Investment Broker – High-Earning, Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Investment Broker to join our London-based sales team. This is a high-performance telesales role focused on selling alternative investments to high-net-worth and sophisticated investors.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from generating and qualifying leads to closing high-value deals while building long-term client relationships in the growing alternative investment market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and engage with qualified leads via telephone
• Present investment opportunities clearly and persuasively
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure
• Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Educate clients on the financial market, past performance, and exit strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
• Stay up to date with market trends in whisky and alternative investments

Requirements

• Proven track record in telesales within alternative investments
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals over the phone
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Confident, articulate, and highly persuasive communication style
• Target-driven mindset with a hunger for high earnings
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
