The Role
As a Dutch or Danish Speaking Client Services Associate, you will work closely with institutional clients across the Netherlands, Denmark and wider European markets, providing outstanding client support while gaining valuable exposure to investment operations and financial services.
Following a comprehensive induction programme, you’ll develop specialist knowledge across multiple areas of the business, becoming a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
This role provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in investment management, financial services, banking operations, client services or business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with banks, institutional clients and financial organisations
- Support clients with operational, administrative and service-related enquiries
- Produce client reports, market analysis and business documentation
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Assist with investment operations and internal business processes
- Develop expertise across multiple business areas through structured training
- Collaborate with colleagues across international teams
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management
- Progress towards becoming a subject matter expert within your specialist area
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to begin a successful career within financial services.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent Dutch or Danish, together with fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No Previous Experience Required
