Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Handling development, investment and corporate occupier work
- Acting for large corporate and institutional clients across the UK
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial property documentation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working with colleagues across other specialist practice areas
- Providing commercially focused legal advice on complex matters
- Helping on business development initiatives and client growth
- Mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with ideally 6 years’ PQE or above
- Experienced in commercial property law, including development and investment work
- Confident advising corporate occupier clients
- Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware with a client focused approach
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
