Your Role

  • Define clients’ ambition for AI and identify high‑impact use cases.
  • Design prioritisation frameworks that guide investment to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and built for scale.
  • Help clients disrupt their business model to embed AI and automation into core processes, unlocking new capabilities and measurable impact.
  • Develop and scale AI capabilities across functions—embedding skills, tools, governance, and culture for sustainable adoption.
  • Design and implement robust frameworks for responsible AI adoption, ensuring transparency, security, and alignment with core values.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate delivery and drive innovation, experimenting with new technologies to build proofs of concept and automate tasks.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
  • Support internal initiative development, including practice development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, and offering development.
  • Participate in learning and development activities that support your career progress and the company’s skill demands.

Your Profile

As a Senior Consultant in the Data & AI Strategy Team, you will combine strategic thinking, technology insight, and delivery experience to unlock AI value for clients. You will own workstreams, engage clients independently, and bridge strategy and delivery to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Growth mindset & AI curiosity – actively explore emerging technologies (especially GenAI and agentic systems) and apply them to solve business challenges.
  • Strategic problem‑solving – structure complex, ambiguous problems and develop clear, actionable AI strategies and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
  • Communication & stakeholder engagement – confidently translate complex concepts into clear narratives for senior audiences.
  • Data & AI expertise – strong understanding of data ecosystems and AI capabilities (ML, GenAI, analytics), linking technology to tangible business value.
  • AI strategy & delivery experience – a proven record across the lifecycle from discovery to implementation support.
  • Capability building & responsible AI – experience developing operating models, readiness, training, and awareness of ethics, risk, and governance.
  • Technology & delivery experience – knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, agentic systems and their practical application; workshop design and facilitation; strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills; delivery of high‑quality outputs (strategies, business cases, prototypes).
