Travel Safe Officer

Join GTS, a leading partnership of Go-Ahead Group, Tokyo Metro, and Sumitomo Corporation, delivering exceptional rail services across London. We’re looking for a Travel Safe Officer who is passionate about customer service, public safety, and fare compliance.

Note this role is for the central operating section of the Elizabeth line.

Your role:

• Provide a visible and approachable presence on trains and stations
• Support revenue protection and issue penalty fares
• Respond confidently to incidents and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
• Participate in joint operations and service disruption support
• Report suspected fare evasion cases for potential prosecution
