Responsibilities
- Ownership of Lead Generation data processes: Own all data assets, BI products and database processes which underpin the creation of leads and opportunities for Lead Generation teams within the 4Com brand in the O2 Business (with a focus on Base Sales, intra-group cross sales, and Acquisitions).
- Campaign & BI Enablement: Configure and optimise internal systems (LRS, TMS, Dynamics) to enable effective lead generation campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, robust BI reporting, and end-to-end process alignment.
- Collaborate with Lead Gen and Sales Leaders: Work closely with senior leadership within UC Solutions to drive commercial value using business intelligence (BI) within the 4Com brand. This includes analysing product profitability, customer profitability, and optimising data.
- Data Experimentation: Create and lead data experiments that empower the lead generation department to make informed decisions, ultimately improving overall business performance.
- Process Optimisation: Enhance existing process designs to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Strive to deliver a best‑in‑class operation by streamlining workflows and maximising output.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Engage with internal stakeholders and colleagues to understand business requirements, assess the value of proposed solutions, and develop process enhancements aligned with internal systems and toolsets.
- Commercial Insights: Leverage data science skills to extract valuable insights from datasets, identify trends, patterns, and build predictive models that drive business success.
- Lead Generation Analysis: Confidently interpret and analyse lead generation data. Collaborate with the BI team to create comprehensive reports, ensuring continuous tracking throughout the end-to-end process.
- Third‑Party Data Utilisation: Utilise data from external vendors to enhance analytical outputs and inform strategic decisions.
- Acquisitions: Support the integration of acquired businesses within the 4Com brand, ensuring accurate data setup, lead readiness, and alignment into core sales and account management processes.
- Reporting at the 4Com board level, supporting strategic planning and ensuring consistent delivery of the business strategy which is fundamental to the success of the group.
Qualifications
- Advanced SQL proficiency– ability to query, manipulate and analyse large datasets to support business insights.
- PowerBI expertise– building and maintaining dashboards, reports and data models for commercial and operational decision‑making.
- Advanced MicrosoftExcel skills– including data analysis, modelling, and use of functions such as PowerQuery and PivotTables.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable making independent, data‑led decisions.
- Strong communicator across technical and business audiences.
- Collaborative, with proven stakeholder management capability.
- Highly organised with ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Working knowledge of Python or R– for advanced data analysis, automation, and statistical modelling.
