Investment Analyst / Associate, Real Estate, London
£50,000 – £80,000 + Bonus
London based investment team are experiencing a period of growth and keen to meet with Analyst’s and Associates in London who have had experience of working on deals in the hospitality sector.
This is a great time for those with strong analytical skills to join a small team where they will work on some great deals in this space.
Typically we anticipate you will work within private equity real estate, perhaps a family office, or an institutional fund, as well as possessing an above average academic record and having studied within a relevant subject matter such as Economics or Finance; you will be highly numerate and proficient with financial modelling in Excel and also have PowerPoint skills for presentations.
