Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineer

Rolls-Royce is seeking experienced Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities across our Defence business. Our Mechanical Integrity teams provide the analytical expertise that underpins safe, reliable and robust aerospace products throughout the product lifecycle. Working across product design, development and certification activities, these teams help ensure critical components and systems perform safely in some of the most demanding operating environments.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

  • Experience in structural analysis, stress engineering, lifing, durability, rotordynamics and product integrity.
  • Mechanical, Aerospace or related Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in stress, integrity, lifing or analytical engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of fatigue, fracture mechanics, durability or structural assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
  • Experience working within regulated engineering environments is advantageous.

Qualified candidates must hold a Security Check clearance or be able to obtain one. Applicants must be UK nationals or, in MoD approved cases, dual nationals.
