Role Overview

Restaurant Associates is looking for an experienced and driven Central Production Manager to lead our high‑volume production kitchen. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and on‑time delivery while leading and developing a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day production kitchen operations.
• Manage production planning, stock control, and labour.
• Ensure the highest food safety and HACCP standards.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, coach, and inspire your team.
• Work closely with chefs and operational stakeholders.
