Maintenance Engineer
Location: Redditch, West Midlands, UK
Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 05:30 pm – 06:00 am (3 nights a week). 37.5 hours per week. Work an extra night shift twice a month in overtime (£428 per shift).
Salary: £49,764 per annum. Potential earnings £55,000 – £60,000 with extra shifts.
This role is part of a company experiencing sustained growth. Cap‑ex projects are plentiful, including new lines, automation, site expansions, a new canteen and machinery installations. Production has increased from 1.4 million units per week to 2 million with further output expectations. The team overall has grown by 25% in the last 24 months.

Experience required for the electrically biased maintenance engineer
- At least 5 years experience as a maintenance engineer (multi‑skilled or electrically biased)

- Capable of working with 3‑phase power, sensors and switches, and able to read electrical drawings
